Today we are delighted to announce the addition of telehealth to TM3, allowing you to deliver remote consultations via two-way video link whilst completing clinical notes at the same time. The telehealth feature in TM3 now means that you can utilise TM3 Connect to receive online bookings and payments then deliver remote consultations through our telehealth feature without the need for multiple systems. Enabling you to give clients a truly on-demand self-service experience and helping your business to navigate through these tough times.
What devices can telehealth be used on?
Clients can connect with your clinic on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer with a webcam. Your patients will receive an SMS or email at the point of booking and again before the appointment starts which contains a meeting code and URL to open the connection.
What is the price of telehealth?
We understand that our clients are struggling at present, so during the initial roll-out we will not be charging for the telehealth feature in TM3 and it will be inclusive in the licence price. Telehealth will be a chargeable pay-per-click feature in future however our focus is on helping clinics to survive at present and ensuring we all make it to out at the other side in as best a shape as possible (including your patients).
