All data is stored in highly secure, monitored datacentres around the world. We typically store your data in the country your business operates in, for example our UK customers have their data hosted in the UK and our Australian clients have their data hosted in Australia.
All TM3 customers have access to our excellent Knowledge Base which contains videos and guides on how to make the most of the features available to you. For those who require further assistance, our support team are available via in-app live chat, telephone and email.
Our Knowledge Base has a range of videos and guides on how to setup your Connect platform however if you require additional support and design services, please contact your account manager for pricing.
Your data is in safe hands with us. At TM3, we run backups of your data every 30 minutes. Backups are then stored at multiple locations to ensure we have a contingency plan to get you back up to speed should anything go wrong.
